Below are some of the common questions you may have. If a question is not listed we are more than happy to discuss this with you with phone or email.

  • What courses do you offer?

    We offer all types of First Aid training such as First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support and Immediate Life Support for healthcare proffesionals and dental clinicians, and Anaphylaxis Awareness for Schools in line with Benedicts Law.


    We also offer Fire Safety, Evacuation Chair, Mental Health in the Workplace and Manual Handling training.

  • Are your courses accredited?

    Yes, we are one of a handfull of Gold Standard centre providers through Pro Trainings Europe. We also offer Ofqual regulated qualifications through TQUK.

  • Do your courses meet HSE requirements?

    Yes, our workplace courses do meet HSE requirements.


    It is important to understand that the HSE do not approve First Aid training or providers, but training must meet the requirements setout by the HSE.

  • Do you Paediatric courses meet Ofsted requirements?

    Yes, our 12 hour Paediatric First Aid course meets both Ofsted and EYFS requirements (blended and fully face to face).


    It is important to understand that Ofsted do not approve Paediatric First Aid and training must meet the requirements set out by Ofsted and EYFS.

  • Where in Essex do you offer courses?

    We offer open courses in Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon, and can provide on site training for groups anywhere in Essex and further afield.

  • Do you offer advice if i don't know what i need?

    Yes, we are always happy to discuss your requirements to help ensure you book the correct and appropriate training course.


    If you are in any doubt, it is always best to give us a call, and we will be more than happy to help you.

  • Do you train groups or businesses and offer on site training?

    Yes, we are happy to provide group training at your premises anywhere in Essex or further afield. The only requirements are you have suitable facilities to host the training.


    If you do not have enough space to host a group course, we can host at our Colchester or Basildon offices at no extra cost.

  • How many people can you train?

    We have strict ratio's that we must adhere to. For most courses the ratio is 1:12, however there are a few courses where the ratio is 1:15.


    We can cater for larger groups such as schools as we have enough instructors to stay within ratio.

  • Will i recieve a certificate?

    Yes, upon successfull completion of our courses you will be issued a certificate. These are digital and come through automatically as soon as we pass a class off.


    We also send copies to you and your employer if you have been booked onto the course by your company.

  • How long are certificates valid for?

    Most qualifications last for 3 years, however there are a few such as CPR and Basic ife Support and Immediate Life Support that are a 1 year certificate.

  • How can i pay you?

    Bookings can be paid for by credit / debit card either online or over the phone or by bank / BACs transfer.

  • How much does your training cost?

    Our prices vary depending on the course you need to complete and range from £75.00 + VAT to £250.00 + VAT for open courses.


    Our group training is not advertised so please contact us so we can discuss the number of delegates etc to give an accurate quote.
